My Windlight Settings 2018

Hello Lovelies ♥

4 years passed since i posted my last windlight Settings :O
I made 4 new sky Windlights and 4 New Water Windlights 🙂

How to install:

1- Download and unzip the file

2- Copy the files into this folders:

Mac
Skies – In the Finder, use Go menu > Go to Folder and paste in: ~/Library/Application Support/SecondLife/user_settings/windlight/skies
Water – Again, use Go > Go to Folder and paste in: ~/Library/Application Support/SecondLife/user_settings/windlight/water

Windows Vista and 7
Skies – C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\skies
Water – C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\water

Windows XP
Skies – C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\skies
Water – C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\SecondLife\user_settings\windlight\water

Linux
Skies – ~/.secondlife/user_settings/windlight/skies/
Water – ~/.secondlife/user_settings/windlight/water/

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please shut down your Second Life before doing all this steps.

****For a better effect with your clouds just change Cloud Texture to : Layered.Tga ( Ctrl+P -> Firestorm -> Windlight-> cloud texture- > Layered -> restart the viewer)

Note1:

Every time you change your viewer You will need to install all these windlights again.
If you’re using a 3rd party viewer, for example Firestorm or Black Dragon, follow the same steps but Choose ‘Firestorm’ or ‘Black dragon’ instead of ‘SecondLife’.

 

Note2:

If you dont change your clouds texture to Layered you might not see them as in the pictures.
